Petunia is the garter snake that moved into our vegetable garden in its early days. This space shares the ever-evolving garden along with some excursions beyond the fence.
This one caught my attention because it is different than the usual ones. It is very commone to see little bundles like this, but the 'branches' are wider than they are thick. It gives the branches a flat look. This one makes me think of universe cluster images or maybe it is brain network images. Or roots. I found it here on the ground, but it had probably fallen out of a tree.
Lichen, that is.
