Petunia is the garter snake that moved into our vegetable garden in its early days. This space shares the ever-evolving garden along with some excursions beyond the fence.
I found so many volunteer foxglove-like seedlings around the yard and garden, I was starting to wonder if they were really a weed. I'm glad I didn't pull them all.
It's been an amazing year for foxglove, hasn't it? I had several that topped 8 feet. They even inspired a gang of foxglove thieves to come into my pasture.

It's a delight to watch the bees climb in and out of those foxglove flowers! Good job you didn't pull them as weeds.
