Signs, signs

It's amazing that the giant rhubarb leaves start out looking like this. If not for the wind and snow flurries, I'd love to be outside. Instead, I'm doing the seed starting project in the kitchen. Rhubarb needs some company in the garden.

Snowdrops are open in time to see more snow. Hopefully, it will be the last of the snow!

What a cool picture of the rhubarb.
Snowing here too now. Maybe this will be the last time. A great day to start some seeds indoors.

Yes! those vestigial rhubarb leaves are amazing! I think it will be a great year for rhubarb because they will have enjoyed the cold Winter! I am going to pick a few stalks of my bright pink forced rhubarb today!

Looks like a wrinkly baby just born! Thanks for for organizing/pre-posting the details of the next SAGBUTT meeting, looks good! Maybe those who want to can head over to the BBG pot-up extravaganza first and then meet the whole group at the library. I bet it's going to be a fun meeting, especially with our international guest! :) PS Maybe you could include info on how to sign up for the Google group, since I don't think everyone's on that yet. Just a thought.

New rhubarb leaves look so primordial when they first come up, so prehistoric. Eventually, their stalks are soooo yummy! Mine aren't that far long, but soon, I keep telling myself, soon! ;-)
