And the sky is blue!

I'm back after extending my trip by 5 days. Just in time to plant pumpkin and squash seedlings last Sunday. Then it as been all I could do to make it to work this week. A few more days to recover and I'll post some photos to show we have actually made it to summer. At least for a few days. The jungle of a garden was a nice sight, actually.

Kansas! We spent 4 years just the other side of the border, in NE. Sure can get hot there. Look forward to seeing pics of your July garden. We just yanked out the peas. Seriously overplanted and it turned into quite a jungle. We too just put in 4 little aquash plants. Have not had much luck growing squash here. But was tempted by a French variety. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm.

Welcome back - just click your heels three times and say 'There's no place like home' you had better get going with all that weeding now!
